Even if the water temperature is high (due to excessive sunlight,
for example), filtering is ensured for at least 3 hours.
ClearRay ™
The ClearRay™ system uses UV technology which relies on electro-
magnetic energy generated by the sun and, by means of a natural
process, reliably and securely improves the disinfecting action, re-
ducing the need for chemical products to treat the water.
Operation of the ClearRay™ system is automatic and is de-
pendent upon activation of the circulation pump .

Hydromassage activation

Press the key once to activate the pump: the relative LED
will light up.
Press the key a second time, the pump will turn off (LED off ).
NOTES
If the pump is activated via the button, it will automatically shut
off after 20 minutes unless turned off earlier by the user.

Underwater spotlight

Press the key to activate the spotlight located on the wall
of the tub (the LED comes on).
The spotlight will stay on for three hours, but it can be turned
off before that by pressing the key again. Refer to the user's man-
ual for the operation of the various sequences of colours.

Utility functions

Control panel lock

This function makes it impossible to use the panel to modify the
water temperature and filtering cycle programming; it is however
possible to activate the pump and spotlight.
To activate this function, press keys

"Silence" Function

City Spa™ it is equipped with a function (named "Silence") which ena-
bles the suspension of circulation pump activity to avoid noise during
unsocial hours. A timer or timer switch (see pre-installation instruc-
tions) must be employed to use this function; its normally open con-
tact must be connected to the spa electrical box (see wiring diagram).
Using the timer, programme the periods during which the
circulation pump must not be activated (refer to the documents
referring to the timer).
It is however possible to activate the hydromassage and/or
the heater, even where the "Silence" function is active.
ATTENTION: a normally open contact (not closed) must be ex-
clusively connected to the terminal board of the electrical box.
Programme the "Silence" function so that it does not inter-
fere with the filtering cycle (in any case, the total filtering and
"silence" time must not exceed 24 hours per day).
NOTES
Do not programme time periods which are too long which could
result in skipping the filtering cycle: the water must always circulate
through the filter.
The "Silence" function disables all functions in progress, with the
exception of the "smart winter" protection.

Abnormal operating conditions

the level sensor detects an inadequate water level. The message "LL"
appears on the display and the spotlight flashes.
It is not possible to activate any function.
- Restore the water level (4-5 centimetres above the highest noz-
zles).
"HI" Excessive water temperature

The water temperature has reached or exceeded 44 °C . It is not pos-
sible to activate any function.
- If present, remove cover from spa.
- If the excessive temperature increase is due to sunlight, add
cold water to the spa.
When the temperature has dropped to below 43 °C, the spa should
re-activate automatically. If it does not, disconnect the power sup-
ply and contact an authorized Jacuzzi ® service centre.
"Fr" Water temperature is too low.
