Using the cookware in the oven:

• The 17.5" Griddle (item number 670040280) and the 23.5" Griddle (item number 670040290) are
oven-safe up to 500ºF.
• The rest of the line, including the 10.5" Square Grill (item number 670040260), the 10.5" Square
Griddle (item number 670040270), the 9.5" Skillet (item number 670040300) and the 11" Skillet
(item number 670040310) are oven-safe up to 340º F. If you remove the handles prior to placing
the cookware in the oven, these models will be oven-safe up to 500º F.

Cleaning and storing:

• Although this cookware is dishwasher safe, we recommend that you clean it by hand with soapy
water. Avoiding dishwashers, pan scrubs and abrasive materials will prolong the life of the non-stick
coating.
• To avoid scratching the non-stick surface, do not place other pieces of cookware directly on top of
the Fagor Cast Aluminum Cookware during storage.
