WIE FUNKTIONIERT DAS GERÄT – DAS GRUNDPRINZIP Produktübersicht: Schalter - Heißluft-Entlötstation Leitung - Heißluft-Entlöter Temperaturanzeige - Heißluft-Entlötstation Luftmengenregulator Temperaturanzeige - Heißluft-Entlötstation VOR DER ERSTEN BENUTZUNG Prüfung nach Erhalt der Ware Bei Erhalt der Ware, prüfen Sie die Verpackung auf Unversehrtheit und öffnen Sie diese. Wenn die Verpackung Beschädigun- gen aufweist, so setzen Sie sich innerhalb von 3 Tagen in Verbindung mit der Transportgesellschaft und Ihrem Vertriebspartner, und dokumentieren so gut wie möglich die Beschädigungen. -

Hinweis: Es wird empfohlen, die möglichst niedrigste Temperatur und möglichst niedrigste Luftzufuhr einzustellen. Dadurch wird die Lebensdauer des Heizelementes verlängert. Weiter wird die Beschädigung integrierter Elemente verhindert. ALLGEMEINE ANMERKUNGEN: Wenn das Display „---” anzeigt, liegt die Ausgangstemperatur unter 100 ⁰C, die Heißluft-Entlötstation befindet sich im Stand-by-Modus, der Heißluft-Entlöter ist in der Halterung untergebracht. - Página 6 Vor Auswechseln des Heizelementes muss überprüft werden, dass die Heißluft-Entlötstation vollkommen abgekühlt ist. Die Schrauben von der Abdeckung des Kolbens entfernen. Den Griff (2) lösen die Umfassung des Lötkolbens abnehmen. Den Ventilator vorsichtig herausnehmen und die Schrauben, welche die Platte mit den Leitungen verbindet, vorsichtig herausdrehen.

Before heater replacement make sure that the SMD rework gun is completely cold. Remove the screws in the gun covers. Unscrew the element of the handle (2) and take off the gun covers. Gently remove the fan and remove the wire board screws. Disconnect the heater from the wire board (pay attention to the wires connection order). -

UWAGA: Zabrania się zakrywania otworów wlotowych powietrza na uchwycie kolby hot air w trakcie jej pracy. Może to doprowadzić do uszkodzenia wentylatora oraz grzałki! Uwaga: Zaleca się ustawiać najniższą możliwą temperaturę oraz możliwie duży przepływ powietrza. Prima di sostituire l’elemento riscaldante, attendere che la stazione dissaldante ad aria calda si sia completamente raffreddata. Rimuovere le viti dal coperchio del saldatore. Allentare la maniglia (2) per rimuovere l’involucro del saldatoio. Rimuovere con cautela il ventilatore e svitare con cura le viti che collegano la piastra con i tubi. Separare l’elemento riscaldante dalla piastra (facendo attenzione al collegamento dei tubi). -

Pokud se na displeji zobrazí „S-E” znamená, že je páječka odpojená; v páječce hot air je problém s čidlem.
