Keyboard:
Press the left or the right DISC-button (green LED shines) in order to select the desired track by the
keyboard. By pressing the respective number, you can call up the track-number directly.

6.6 Synchronisation of the playback-speed

You can synchronise the CD-player and another signal-source while cueing with the headphones via the
mixer.
Possibility 1:
Put the CD-player into playback-mode and cue with the headphones. Synchronise the playback-speed via the
Pitchfader of the CD-player (Pitch-button has to be pressed).
Possibility 2:
If the two signal-sources only differ in the bass-beat, you can synchronise via the Pitch Bend-fader.
Put the CD-player into playback-mode and cue with the headphones. Synchronise the bass-beat by moving
the Pitch Bend-fader to the left or to the right.

6.7 Random-playback

Activating the random-playback:
If you press and hold the TIME/RANDOM-button for 2 seconds, the random-playback is activated (the display
shows RANDOM). The CD-players selects and plays the tracks randomly until you deactive the random-
mode.
Deactivating the random-playback:
If you press and hold the TIME/RANDOM-button for 2 seconds, the random-playback is deactivated again.

6.8. Cueing

Auto-Cue function:
After switching on or after pressing the Skip-buttons, the player automatically jumps to the section where the
music starts. This fuction enable to minimize the transitions between two tracks.
Memorizing the Cue-point:
Possibility 1:
The player is in Playback-mode.
Press the Play/Pause-button and the player goes into Pause-mode.
Press the Cue-button and the Cue-point is memorized.
Press the Play/Pause-button and the player goes into Playback-mode.
As soon as you press the Cue-button, the player returns the Cue-point and goes into Pause-mode.
Possibility 2:
The player is in Playback-mode.
Press the Play/Pause-button and the player goes into Pause-mode.
Select the Cue-point via the Jog/Shuttle-wheel. The display shows the selected starting-point (e.g. 3:42 22).
Press the Cue-button and the Cue-point is memorized.
Press the Play/Pause-button and the player goes into Playback-mode.
As soon as you press the Cue-button, the player returns the Cue-point and goes into Pause-mode.

6.9 Memorizing a sequence (Loop-function)

With the Loop-function, you can repeat a programmable sequence.
Memorizing the Loop In-point
The Loop In-point can be memorized in the Pause-mode and in the Playback-mode, respectively.
Select the Loop In-point with the Jog-dial (Pause-mode) or directly during playback (Loop In-LED illuminated).
By pulling the joystick down, you can memorize the current position (Loop In-LED flashes).
