CLEANING

NOTE
► Do not use aggressive solvents/detergents, brushes, sharp objects or similar
for cleaning, as they may damage the surface
► Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids. This may otherwise
cause a short circuit.
Use a damp cloth to clean the device if it becomes dirty.

MAINTENANCE

This is a low-maintenance device. Nevertheless, you must perform regular visual
inspections. Always check the device for damage before use.
NOTE
Do not use the device if it is visibly damaged.

TROUBLESHOOTING

NOTE
► Never open the housing and do not perform repairs by yourself. Contact the
Service centre if repairs are required.
► Do not change or modify the device for unintended purposes.
If the device malfunctions or is found to be defective in any other way, even after the
solutions suggested below have been followed, contact the seller. You will find the
contact details in section 18.

Solution
There are too many interference signals or the connection
be between the devices you wish to pair is too weak. Place the
devices that you wish to pair close to each other and in an
area without interference signals.
ऀ Check the power supply.
ऀ Check the battery status in the event of a battery failure.
The device has been exposed to extreme temperatures.
Change the contrast in the settings.
The device was operated with low voltage from the battery
only. Replace the battery and reset the device to factory
settings (see Section 9.6).
