ˍ Is the plug securely plugged in?
- Make sure the plug is properly plugged into the
outlet.
ˍ Is it being used in a place with a lot of smoke, dust,
or odors?
- Clean the air intakes on the front sides of the
unit and clean the pre-filter.
- Contact customer service to confirm the exact
cause.
- Replace the AOC™ Carbon filter and True HEPA
filter.
ˍ Is the Check Filter indicator light on?
- Replace the filters as required.
