3.4 Unpacking the UPS

Notes:
• Do not tilt or lean the UPS when removing it from the packaging.
• Ensure the UPS was not damaged during transport (refer to section 3.2.1 External Inspection). If any damage is observed, do not turn
on the unit. Immediately contact the dealer from whom the UPS was purchased.
To unpack the UPS:
1. Remove the wrapping.
3. Remove the cabinet's inner packaging, unfasten the
screws and remove the wooden bar affixed to the cabinet.
5. Slowly slide the unit from the pallet.
2. Remove the cabinet's outer packaging.
4. Place the incline board on the floor and fasten it to the
pallet using the screws removed in step 3.
