Cure
Check for leaks or restrictions in suction line
Remove and inspect valve; must move freely and be free of debris
Check vanes and rotor slots for nicks, burrs, and wear
Inspect rotor and vanes for excessive wear or damage; replace if necessary
Remove to prime pump
Check filter and bypass valve for debris; remove nozzle and test flow with pump ON
Remove and clean screen
Check for leaks or restrictions in suction line
Remove and inspect valve; must move freely and be free of debris
Check pump outlet hose, nozzle, and filter for blockage
Check vanes and rotor slots for wear; replace if necessary
Inspect rotor and vanes for excessive wear or damage; replace if necessary
Replace hose or nozzle (Tuthill recommends UL-rated hoses and nozzles)
Replace filter
Fill tank
Check incoming supply line voltage
Inspect vanes and rotor slots for nicks, burrs, and wear
Check for loose connections

Verify correct wire size with local, state, and national electric codes
Check and replace all O-ring gaskets (Rotor Cover / Inlet Flange / Bypass Cap)
Replace shaft seal with KIT120SL
Refer wetted parts list on Page 14 to the fluid manufacturer
Tighten fasteners

Remove all debris and replace key
