INTEGRA LIFESCIENCES CORPORATION ("INTEGRA") HAS EXERCISED REASONABLE CARE
IN THE SELECTION OF MATERIALS AND THE MANUFACTURE OF THESE PRODUCTS. INTEGRA
WARRANTS THAT THESE PRODUCTS SHALL CONFORM TO THE PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY
AS PROVIDED IN THE PRODUCT LABELING OR APPLICABLE PRODUCT CATALOG. THIS
WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND INTEGRA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. INTEGRA SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE, DIRECTLY
OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM USE OF THESE PRODUCTS. INTEGRA NEITHER ASSUMES
NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO ASSUME ANY OTHER OR ADDITIONAL LIABILITY OR
RESPONSIBILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS.
30-Day Trial Period:
LED headlight, cables, chargers and battery pack. If any issues should arise during the first 30 days,
Integra will replace the above components free of charge.
Limitations of Warranty:
• Breakage or failure due to tampering, misuse, neglect, accidents, modification or shipping.
• If the product is not used in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations or instructions.
• If repaired or serviced by other than Integra or an Integra authorized representative.
• Prompt inspection and reporting of missing or damaged product should be made to shipping carrier
and Integra within 3 days of receipt of product.
• If Integra products or any component thereof are found to be defective or at variance with the
manufacturer's specifications during the warranty period, Integra will repair or replace the product or
component(s) at no cost to the purchaser. This warranty only applies to products purchased new from
Integra or its authorized distributors or representatives.
• The purchaser must return the product directly to Integra or an authorized distributor or representative
and bear the costs of shipping.
• This is the only warranty made by Integra. Integra makes no other warranty, express or implied,
including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
