Adjusting vertical locking system

1. Remove the locking system cover (A). To so so remove
the bolts (B).

2. Check whether the vertical distance between the bead
breaker plate (C) and the tool arm (D) is roughly 2 mm.
3. If necessary turn the bolt (E) to set the correct dis-
tance.

4. Set the stroke of the locking cylinder (F). The correct
value for the cylinder stroke is roughly 15 mm. The
stroke can be adjusted with the nut (G).

i It is sufficient to turn the plastic cover. The compressed
air system can thus remain active.
! Attention: After adjusting the locking system, the ver-
tical position of the mounting head must be checked
again. Repeat the operation if necessary (Section 6.4).
