6 tiPs for cHoosinG coffee
As a general rule any type of coffee available on the market
can be used. however, coffee is a natural product and its flavor
changes according to its origin and blend. Therefore it is a good
idea to try different types, in order to find the most suited to
your personal taste.
For best results, we recommend using blends which are made
especially for espresso coffee machines. Coffee should always
be dispensed by the Portafilter without a "dripping" effect.
The speed of coffee dispensing can be modified by slightly
changing the amount of coffee in the filter and/or using a
different coffee grind.
