Fasten the SHORT CLEATS (L) to the FOOTBOARD

UPPER RAIL (U). Use six BLACK 1-1/8" PAN
HEAD SCREWS (9S).
NOTE: Do not overtighten the SCREWS.

NOTE: The PLATFORM SUPPORTS (S) will rest on the

CENTER SUPPORT (K).
