With someone's help, insert the PULLOUT TOP assembly

into your unit by lining up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the
PULL OUT UPRIGHTS with the EXTENSION RAILS on the
unit. Push the PULLOUT TOP assembly into the unit until
it is fully inserted. The PULLOUT TOP will push in hard
until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier.
