1. Get started

■ Open the fold

When you open the fold of the phone, it
opens up to approximately 155 degrees.
Do not try to force the fold open more.

■ Install the SmartChip and battery

Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the battery.
Keep all SmartChips out of the reach of small children. For availability and
information on using SmartChip services, contact your SmartChip vendor.
This may be the service provider, network operator, or other vendor.
This device is intended for use with BL-4C battery.
The SmartChip and its contacts are easily damaged by scratches or
bending, so be careful when handling, inserting, or removing the card.
To remove the back cover of the phone press the
release button (1), and slide the back cover to
remove it from the phone (2).
Remove the battery as
shown(3). Release the
SmartChip holder (4).
