This value is a tool-related characteristic value and does
not represent the influence to the hand-arm-system when
using the tool. Any influence to the hand-arm system when
using the tool will for example depend on the gripping
force, the contact pressure force, the working direction,
the adjustment of energy supply, the workpiece, the
workpiece support.
SAFETY WARNINGS

Read these warnings to prevent injuries to
yourself and bystanders.
Refer to tool use, maintenance and
troubleshooting sections for additional
information.
Use recommended fasteners only.
Never point the tool at people or yourself.
• This tool is not intended to be used by people
(children included) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or persons lacking experience
or knowledge, unless they were able to benefit from
a person responsible for their safety, monitoring or
screening instructions regarding the use of the device.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the tool.
• To prevent eye injuries, always wear safety
glasses with permanently attached rigid,
hard plastic side shields. Be sure everyone
in your work area is wearing the same type
of safety glasses.
• Wear and do wear individual ear protection
close to the tool use.
Wear any other necessary protection
equipment such as gloves and adapted
working clothes. Tie back your hair and do
not wear loose clothing.
• Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide or any
other bottled gas as a power source for
this tool. The tool could explode and
serious personal injury could result.
• Use only lubricated, water-free
compressed air at the recommended pressure.
• Tools shall not be connected to pressure which
potentially exceeds recommended operating pressure
by 10%. The tool and air supply hose must have a
connecting nipple such that all pressure is removed
from the tool when the coupling joint is disconnected.
When using compressed air always follow the
safety codes of practice laid out by the compressor
manufacturer.

• Ensure all air couplings are secure and tight.
(Figure 1)
• Do not keep the tool unattended when it is
connected to the air supply.
• When tool is not in use always disconnect it
from the air supply.
• Always assume the tool contains fasteners.
• Keep the tool pointed away from yourself and
others.
• Do not use the tool when you are on a scale,
stairs or scaffolds.
• Tools marked with an equilateral triangle may not be
used unless fitted with an effective safety yoke.
• Always remove finger from trigger when not driving
fasteners. Never carry the tool with finger on or under
the trigger as accidental actuation may occur and
cause injury.
• Disconnect tool from air before doing tool maintenance,
clearing a jammed fastener, leaving work area, moving
tool to another location, or handing the tool to another
person.
• Never use tool if safety yoke, trigger or springs have
become inoperable missing or damaged. Do not
tamper with or remove safety yoke, trigger or springs.

• Make sure all screws and caps are securely tightened
at all times.
Make daily inspections for free movement of trigger and
safety yoke. Never use the tool if parts are missing or
damaged.
Never use the tool that leaks air or needs repair.
Use only original projectiles, spare parts and accessories.

a way that the tool can be safety affixed for the intended
use.
LOADING
Disconnect the tool from air supply.
(Figure 3)
Release magazin
e by squeezing click lever.

Loading staples: Turn the gun over. Load a strip
of staples into the magazine, with the points
downwards. Then shut the magazine by pushing
it fully upwards. Use only recommended fasteners
(see technical specifications).

TOOL USE
• Keep tool pointed away from yourself and others and
connect tool to air supply.
• Tools shall be operated at the lowest pressure needed
for the application. This will reduce noise levels, part
wear and energy use.
• Press the nose of the tool onto the workpiece to be
fastened and press the trigger to fire staples. Adjust the
mini pressure which is necessary for the penetration of
the fasteners. Then, make some tests in starting with
the lowest pressure. (Figure 6)
TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE
If a staple jam occurs, disconnect tool from air supply.

Release magazine and slide the rail back.
(Figure 6)
Remove jammed fasteners.

MAINTENANCE: While tool is disconnected from air
supply, make daily inspection to ensure free movement of
safety yoke and trigger.
All screws should be kept tight. Loose screws result in
unsafe operation and parts breakage.
Squirt oil lightly with 2 or 3 oil drops into the air inlet.
Only use supplied oil for the tool or recommended oil in
the technical specifications. Keep the tool clean. Wipe it
regularly with a dry cloth, and inspect for wear. Lubricate
the sliding parts of the magazine occasionally to prevent
wear.
Do not use flammable cleaning solutions. Do not soak
and use solvent, such solutions may damage O-rings and
other sensitive tool parts. Use clean, dry air. Preferably
use a processing unit of compressed air upstream of the
connection of the tool. Repairs other than those described
here should be performed only by trained, qualified
personnel or by after-sales-service of the producer.
