steady. Steam can be distributed and the iron is ready
for use. Avoid using the steam button when the tank
is empty.
If the button is pressed a second time, Level 2 is activated. The corresponding LED
indicator light flashes and when the temperature is reached, remains on and
steady: steam can be distributed and the iron is ready for use. If the button is
pressed a third time, the stand-by function is activated, the relative LED indicator
light turns off, and the button turns on.
If steam is not distributed when the iron is hot, or if it is not used to iron, after a
few minutes the Stand-by function is activated automatically. The iron and LED
turn off and the button turns on. A beep can be heard each time the button is
pressed.
- Steam button (10): activates the distribution of steam through the 5 holes in the
plate: steam distribution and interruption are not instantaneous; there is a certain
time of inertia.
The iron is equipped with a ring brush,
of suitable size to be fit on the
perimeter of the plate. Insertion and
removal must only be performed
when the iron has cooled completely
and the power chord is disconnected.
First, fit the front part of the brush on
the tab on the end of the plate, then
move down the bottom part until it
clamps onto the plate with the clip. To
remove the brush, release the clip, lift
the brush and free it completely.
USE
Ironing and/or steaming of clothing must be performed paying attention to:
- Fabric, garments, and items for ironing that must be set on an ironing board or
smooth, stable, heat and steam resistant horizontal support, free of irregularities
(preferably padded), and sufficiently roomy. To refresh fabrics with steam, it is best
that the garment be hanging. Do not wear the garments, and items when refreshing
with steam or ironing.
- The steam produced can burn and must only be directed at the fabric. Be careful
during distribution that it is emitted from the side opposite your position, that the
steam is not aimed at people, animals or surfaces that can deteriorate or electric
parts.
- The iron is hot and its plate causes burns. The handle is the only part that can be
touched to control its functions and for the ironing operations. All other parts of the
