2.2 Intended purpose

The PARI SMARTMASK is intended for inhalation treatment of the lower respiratory
tract if it is not possible to use a mouthpiece, or if the patient prefers to inhale using a
mask.

2.3 Intended use

The PARI SMARTMASK is intended exclusively for use with a PARI nebuliser (not the
PARI TIA) or an eFlow
Each mask must only be used at home by a single patient for hygiene reasons. In hospi-
tals, it may be used for multiple patients provided appropriate professional cleaning and
disinfection procedures are followed rigorously.

2.4 Materials used

Polypropylene
Silicone
Polyester
Synthetic rubber (latex-free)
nebuliser. It is designed for use by adults.
