Position the Bath – Drop-In/Island Installations (cont.)
Install the drain and overflow assembly to the bath according to the drain manufacturer's
instructions. Do not connect the trap at this time.
Position the bath in the recess.
Verify that the bath is level and well supported by the floor.
If the bath is not level or well supported, remove the bath and place shims under the bath feet. Use
metal, hardwood, or other durable material for the shims.
Position the bath in the recess and retest for level. Repeat until the bath is level.
