WARNING
If the food is not placed on the grill
correctly, or if the grill is not hot
enough, this could lead to poor cook-
ing results.
When using the SteakMaster function, we rec-
ommend that you always place the enamel tray
in the lowest position on the tray supports in-
side the oven. This will help to collect any juic-
es created during the cooking process, and
prevent the inner part of the oven cavity from
getting dirty.
WARNING
Never place the enamel tray below
the special grill, or rest it directly on
the floor of the oven.

Prepare" the meat before starting to cook it
with this function. If you do so, the results will
be spectacular.
• If you want a rare finish, we recommend you
cut the meat slightly thicker.
• On the other hand, if you want a well-done
finish, we recommend you slice the meat finer

Selecting the Oven Demo mode
The demo mode will allow you to browse
through and discover all the functions of your
oven without risk as the oven does not heat up
in this mode. While the Demo mode is active,

es (rare, medium, well-done) will be obtained,
as the meat will continue cooking with the
temperature reached in its core.
• Every time the oven door is opened, heating
resistors automatically switch off for safety
reasons. Therefore, the door should not be
kept open for too long when placing food in-
side the oven or turning it over.
• After a maximum of 30 minutes using the
SteakMaster function, it will not be possible
to use any other function for 15 minutes (rest
screen – cooling). After this period, the oven
will be available for use as normal.
• Given the nature of the cooking process and
in particular with fatty foods, quite a lot of
smoke may be generated during the process.
This is normal. In any case, we recommend
that after using the SteakMaster function,
you run a pyrolysis cleaning cycle to remove
any fats which have collected on the inside of
the oven.
WARNING
RISK OF FIRE
Excess fat collected inside the oven
may result in the appearance of ex-
cessive smoke or even flames during
the cooking process.
To activate the Demo mode, before setting the
timer, press touch keys
