Remove the Molding and two Metal Brackets from the Top.

Fasten the Return Molding (from the Desk) to the remaining
Metal Brackets on the Top.
Fasten the Turnbuckle and Long Support Rod to the Top

again using the Screws you removed from the Long Support
Rod earlier.
Slide the SPACER (O) under the Long Support Rod as close
å
to the fastened end of the Long Support Rod as possible.
Now, tighten the Turnbuckle.
