5.8 Water Rescue Lateral Protection Panel (Option) (GA3701)
The water rescue protection panel enables helmet full compliance to EN 1385:2012 standard (helmets for
canoeing) by increasing the area of protection to the side (GA3701).
WARNING!
Do not use the helmet for water rescue protection without the lateral protection panel.
Do not use the helmet in white water classes 5 and 6 as given by the International Canoe Federation.
Failure to follow this warning can result in serious personal injury or death.
Installation

(1) Push the ear muff adapter through the slot until it
clicks. Repeat the operation for the other side
(1) Push the release button inside the helmet and
simultaneously pull the ear muff out of the slot.
Repeat the operation for the other side .
The helmet's accessory interface can accommodate
brackets for helmet mounted masks / facepieces.
NOTE: The attachment of the facepiece is not
compatible with the use of hearing protection
accessories.
(1) Insert the front edge in its groove and push the
rear clip through the slot until it clicks. Repeat the
operation for the other side
