- Mount screws and tighten to 2.3 Nm.
- Remove hose clamp , pull off hose and mount on fuel connec-
tion (included).
- Mount new hose clamp.
- Grease seal ring slightly (included) and mount.
NOTE
Make sure that no grease gets into the fuel connection.
- Mount fuel connection with connecting piece
seal ring (included), but do not tighten yet.
- Tighten nut to 15 Nm.
- Tighten connecting piece
- Position the fuel tank.
- Make sure that no cables or throttle cables are trapped or damaged.
- Mount hose of fuel tank vent.
- Mount screw with rubber bushing and tighten to 10 Nm.
- Plug in fuel pump socket connector
- Remove wash cap set (if used when removing the tank).
- Thoroughly clean the plug-in connection of the fuel line using com-
pressed air.
Dirt should not be allowed to get into the fuel line under any cir-
cumstances. Dirt in the fuel line clogs the injection valve!
- Lubricate the seal ring and join plug-in connection
NOTE
Route the cable and fuel line at a safe distance from the exhaust
system.
