AUDIO-IN OPERATION

This allows you to connect an external player's sound through your unit.
1. Plug a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) into your external player's line
out and the other end into the AUDIO IN jack.
2. Press the SOURCE button to enter AUDIO IN mode. Display shows
"AUDIO IN"
3. Start your external player to play music.
4. The unit will output the sound.

PLAYING A TAPE

Check the following items before starting operation.
• Use Type I (normal) tapes only. Type II (high position), Type III (ferro-
• chrome) and Type IV (metal) tapes are not supported.
• If there is tape slack, rewind the slack using a pencil to avoid damaging
the tape or the unit
1. Press , insert a cassette tape into the cassette tape compartment (2)
and then close the compartment cover.
2. Press  to start playback .
