For your safety
The machine must not be damp and must also not
be operated in damp surroundings.
Brake fluids are poisonous and aggressive sub-
stances. Therefore, avoid all contact with this sub-
stance. For skin contact with brake fluid, immedi-
ately wash off with water; this applies also for ve-
hicle paint and clothing.
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
Insert the mains plug only when the machine is
switched off.
Do not make any constructional changes to the
unit.
The brake fluid is drawn from the original canister with
a gear pump. With a pressure of up to 3.5 bar, the fluid
0714 556 24
is continuously pumped into the brake fluid reservoir.
0,4 – 3,5 bar
At the individual wheel brake cylinders, the used fluid

can be drained until new brake fluid emerges.

Observe the mains voltage:
The voltage of the power source must agree with the val-
ue given on the nameplate of the machine. Machines
designated for 230 V can also be operated with 220 V.
The unit may be operated only with brake fluid. For
damage caused by the use of other fluids, no guar-
antee coverage of an kind exists.
Never connect the filler hose 1 to compressed air
which would destroy the equipment. No claims for
guarantee compensation can be made in this case.
Place the brake fluid canister in the tray provided
and fasten by adjusting the holding bar.
