3.2 ADJUSTING THE DISTANCE BETWEEN
THE EYEPIECES
To see a single round image, adjust the two halves of the
binoculars until no irritating shadows can be seen.
3.3 HOW TO ADJUST IF BOTH EYES HAVE
EQUAL VISION
a. Pull out the left and right diopter adjustment rings and turn
them until the long bar on the diopter scale matches the small
triangle under the diopter adjustment ring.
b. Then push the diopter adjustment rings back in. If the vision
in both eyes is equally impaired, adjust the binoculars as
described in 3.4. The display has to be in sharp focus in order
to achieve the best possible scale line for determining range.
3.4 DIOPTER ADJUSTMENT
To ensure optimum image quality, adjust the focus to com-
pensate for any differences between your left and right
eye.
1. Keep the right objective lens cover closed and pull out
both diopter adjustment rings.
