REGOLAZIONI E SOSTITUZIONI

REGOLAZIONE SPAZZOLA CENTRALE:

Riscontrando che la macchina non pulisce
più perfettamente o tralascia sporco,
occorrerà effettuare una registrazione
abbassandola agendo sul pomello Part. 5
Fig. 15; girando in senso orario la pressione
e quindi la "TRACCIA" aumenta; in senso
antiorario la pressione diminuisce.

Per assicurarsi che la spazzola cen-
trale sia correttamente registrata
occorre misurare la sua "TRACCIA"
come segue:
Dopo aver fatto le regolazioni mettere in
moto la macchina e, senza avanzare ne
retrocedere, lasciarla ferma nello stesso
punto per almeno 10/15 sec. Spegnere
il motore e far avanzare manualmente la
macchina, fino a che sul pavimento sarà
visibile la traccia che ha lasciato la spazzola
centrale nella rotazione, come mostrato in
Fig.15

SMONTAGGIO SPAZZOLA CENTRALE:

Procedere come segue. Fig. 15.
1) Rimuovere la protezione 1 sul lato sinistro
con chiave a brugola mm. 4.
2) Svitare la vite 4 con chiave esagonale di
mm. 10.
3) Svitare la vite 3 con chiave esagonale di
mm. 10.
4) Togliere la biella di collegamento 5.
5) Svitare le 2 viti 6 con chiave di mm. 10.
6) Togliere la copertura 7.
7) Togliere il distanziale 8.
8) Togliere il mozzo portaspazzola 9 e la
spazzola 10.
Per rimontare la spazzola procedere con
sequenza inversa facendo attenzione al
verso delle cuspidi delle spazzole.

ADJUSTMENTS AND
REPLACEMENTS
CENTRAL BRUSH ADJUSTMENT:
If you find the sweeper no longer cleans
thoroughly or leaves traces of dirt, it will
be necessary to make an adjustment
by lowering it with the knob Part 1 Fig.
15; turning it clockwise the pressure
and therefore the "TRACK" increases;
anticlockwise the pressure decreases.

To make sure the central brush is
correctly registered it is necessary
to measure its "TRACK" as follows:
After making the adjustments, start the
machine and, without moving either
forwards or backwards, leave it stationary
in the same spot for at least 10/15 sec.
Switch off the motor and move the machine
forward by hand until you can see the track
left by the central brush on the floor during
rotation, as shown in Fig.15
REMOVING THE CENTRAL BRUSH:
Proceed as follows. Fig. 15.
1) Remove the guard 1 on the left side using
a 10 mm hexagonal wrench.
2) Unscrew the screw 4 with a 10 mm hex
wrench.
3) Unscrew the screw 3 with a 10 mm hex
wrench.
4) Remove the connecting rod 5.
5) Unscrew the two screws 6 with a 10 mm
wrench.
6) Take off the cover 7.
7) Take out the spacer 8.
8) Remove the brush-holder hub 9 and the
brush 10.
To fit the brush back on, follow the above
instructions in reverse order, paying attention
to the direction of the brush tips.
