EMPTYING AND CLEANING THE WATER TANK
Remove the water tank (4), lifting it out from its seating with
the relevant handle (1).
Remove the lid (2) of the container using the two rear con-
nections, following the instructions given in section 1.4.
Upturn the container until all water and dirt have been emp-
tied out. To clean the parts, follow the steps described in the
previous section.
CAUTION: Take care not to drop any of the parts of
the water tank in order to prevent damage to same.
CAUTION: Never add de-scaling, fragrance, alcohol-
based or detergent products inside the appliance,
since these could damage it.
Should you wish to continue using the appliance, top up the water in the container (4), as
explained in section 1.2 "Preparation for use as a wet and dry vacuum cleaner".
4.3
CLEANING THE RUBBER HOSE AND FLOAT
If the rubber hose becomes blocked by dirt and the float does not work correctly, clean as follows:
- remove the water tank (4), lifting it out from its seating with the relevant handle (1);
- remove the lid (2) of the container using the two rear connections, following the instructions
given in section 1.4;
- upturn the container until all water and dirt have been emptied out.
Remove the rubber hose by pulling it firmly.
