TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The vacuum cleaner will not
start.
The steam dispensing function
will not start.
Boiler tank noise while heat-
ing.
The suction power has died
down.
Water leaks from the brush
after liquid suction.
Cause
- No power.
- The enbloc plug (A8) is
incorrectly inserted.
- The water tank has been
inserted incorrectly.
- The rubber hose is blocked
by dirt.
- The float may be fitted incor-
rectly.
- There is no water in the boil-
er tank.
- The water in the boiler tank
has not yet reached the cor-
rect temperature.
The water is boiling.
- Attachments, the suction hose
or the hard suction tube is
blocked.
- The air outlet filters are dirty
or worn.
- The water container connec-
tion is blocked.
There are liquid residues in the
suction hose or stiff suction
tube.
Remedy
- Check power cord and sock-
et.
- Re-insert the plug.
- Check the container and
insert it correctly.
- Remove the rubber hose and
clean the float as described
in section 4.3.
- Remove the float and fit it
back into place as describe
in section 4.3.
- Add water to the boiler tank.
- Wait for the temperature
warning light to switch on.
Proceed as usual; the noise will
stop after a few seconds.
- Remove anything blocking
the pipes or accessories.
- Wash or replace the filters.
- Remove and clean the con-
nection as described in sec-
tion 4.1.
Leave the motor running for 1
minute after cleaning up liq-
uids.
