INSTALLATION
Airslim is designed to be used in central ventilation systems or heat recovery systems. The hood must be connected to an external suction unit (not supplied).
Airslim has a double acting potential-free switch, which can be connected to the external system, if required. See the section on CONNECTION OF DOUBLE
ACTING POTENTIAL-FREE SWITCH to see how to connect the external system to the potential-free switch.
The hood can be installed in a bottomless cupboard or between two wall cupboards. The hood is installed as follows:
1
Measure and pre-drill the holes for mounting
the brackets.
NOTE: The brackets are placed 25-30 mm from
where the rear edge of the hood is to be placed.
4
Push the hood into the cupboard and slide it in
so that it hangs on the four screws on the
brackets.
7
Connect the hood to the electrical mains
socket using the installed Schuko plug.
NOTE: The hood must be grounded.
