High Voltages Can Cause Serious Injury or Death!
Voltages in plasma cutting equipment are high enough to cause
serious injury or death.
Only trained technicians should attempt diagnosis and repair of
this machinery.
Avoid damaging your voltmeter.
Disconnect the power from the high frequency generator before
checking voltages in the high frequency circuit.

1) Bad Power switch S1.
2) Open Fuse F4.
3) Open Jumper at TB2.

2) Pump Motor Failed.

1) Check continuity of power
switch.
2) Check Fuse F4 and related
wiring
3) Check jumper and wiring of TB2
1) Reset CB2. Check wiring and
check free rotation of pump fan.
2) Replace Pump motor
1) a. Reset CB1
b. If CB1 fails to reset, check
wiring, bad T1, or PCB1.
1) Adjust gas pressure to proper
level for torch and application
2) Adjust (if adjustable type) or
replace pressure switch.
3) Check wiring between PS1 &
PS2 and PCB1 P1-9 and P1-10.
