Roughly setting the stroke range for forward strokes
Stroke range h of the cushioning is roughly set via the length of the
applied stroke limitation bolt (9).
1. Manually position the slide (1) in the desired "return stroke"
end position and secure it against accidental travel.

2. Loosen the threaded pin (8).
3. Remove the stroke limitation bolt (9).
4. Insert a stroke limitation bolt (9) with a different length in the
free holder.

5. Tighten the threaded pin (8) with torque M
following table to fix the stroke limitation bolt (9).

Finely setting the stroke range for forward and return
stroke
Stroke range h is changed via the position of the cushioning
systems for the fine adjustment of forward and return stroke (5).
The three following figures show elastic cushioning. You can find
an image of hydraulic cushioning in chapter 5.
1. Loosen the lock nut of the stop bolt (16) or the lock nut of the
stop sleeve (28).

2. Manually position the slide (1) in the desired end position and
secure it against accidental travel.
3. Position the stop bolt (14) of the elastic cushioning or stop
sleeve (27) of the hydraulic shock absorber at the desired
dimension R .
