Premium Wet Clean Module

Pump motor is prewired for

200 – 240V input. Motor must be rewired for
380V or greater input.
WARNING
Lock out the main power panel and lock out
the power supply to the control box before
attempting any service procedures.
All power must be removed from the
Note:
washer-extractor before the Premium Wet
Clean Module installation instructions are
executed.
Read the following instructions thoroughly
before proceeding. The installer must have
a comprehensive understanding of the
instructions before attempting installation
of the Premium Wet Clean Module.
The orientation for installation is from the rear
of the washer-extractor.
1. Removing the paneling:
a. Remove cage wrap.
b. Remove rear panel. On the UW35PV
and UW60PV machines, wirecut the
drain punchout. To protect against
sharp edges, install trim included in
the kit.
c. Remove right side panel.
2. Building the right drain for water
recirculation:
a. UW35PV
• Remove the sump plug from the
recirculation drain outlet.
• Build right drain as shown in its
completed state in Figure 14.

the drain assembly on the reuse side, leaving
the drain tee intact. Remove the sump plug and
use it to plug the right side of the drain
tee. Build the drain up from the recirculation
drain outlet on the sump. Either cap the drain
valve wires for protection or remove them
from the washer-extractor.
b. UW60PV
• Remove the sump plug from the
recirculation drain outlet.
• Build right drain as shown in its
completed state in Figure 15.
If the UW60PV is equipped with the

water reuse drain valve option, replace the
right drain valve with the dark gray CPVC pipe
included in the kit. Either cap the drain valve
wires for protection or remove them from the
washer-extractor.
c. UW80PV, UW100PV and UW125PV
• Replace right drain valve with
CPVC pipe (dark gray) included in
the kit. See completed drain in
Figures 16 and 17, respectively.
• Either cap the drain valve wires
for protection or remove them from
the washer-extractor.
