13. Trouble-shooting
Door opener drive
does not operate
Hand transmitter must be
repeatedly pressed:
The door opener does not
operate with the hand
transmitter, only with
the button:
Door remains in an

closes by itself:
Lighting does not work:

Unplug the mains cable and plug it in again, then carry out point 10.2 of the learning procedure.
Inspect the circuit fuse and electrical outlet.
Inspect the door opener fuse (T 3,15 A) (the fuse holder is on the circuit board) and replace if
necessary.
Thermo-safety transformer has been activated; wait 15 min. and operate again.

Replace used battery in hand transmitter - use only leak-proof batteries.

Door movement is stiff - adjust the balance springs and oil lubrication points
(to be done by a professional).
Door sticks at a single position - locate and fix the problem.
Door is stuck or frozen - clean the lower blocking rail.
Door is not released - shorten the tension cable (when using a spring-loaded door catch set).
Inspect the tension cable.
Change the code and carry out instruction step 10.2.
Check for external sources of radio interference (fluorescent lamps, for example).
Remove cover A and lamp fastener, replace light bulb (24 V / 21 W).
Inspect release cable, check that the handle operates smoothly.
Unplug the mains cable and plug it in again after waiting 10 seconds or replace the electronic
circuit board.
Correct the position of the limit switches.
