1. Flat wrench
REPLACMENT OF WORKING TOOLS
Disconnect the tool from power source.
Hold the spindle collet nut (2) with a flat wrench (included).
Use the second flat wrench (included) to lock the spindle (3) by holding the flat wrench in the same
position.
Loosen the spindle collet nut (2) by rotating it clockwise (fig. A).
If needed, remove a working tool, clean the spindle and replace with a new one so that the shank
in sunk in the collet. It is recommended for the working tool shank to be sunk as deep as possible,
however the working part of the working tool cannot directly contact the spindle collet nut (2).
Hold the flat wrench to lock the spindle (3) and tighten the spindle collet nut (2) (fig. A).
Periodically check the tightening of the spindle collet nut (2).
Do not overtighten the spindle collet nut, before the working tool is inserted. Each time the working
tool is replaced, check the working tool for correct shank diameter in the grinder collet (1).
Make sure that wrenches used for installation of tools are not left. Before the grinder is switched on,
make sure the wrenches are removed.
Otherwise, the grinder may become damaged or the user may be injured.
Before the grinder is used, check condition of the working tool. Do not use chipped, broken or
otherwise damaged working tools. Worn working tools should be immediately replaced with new
one before use.
SWITCHING ON /SWITCHING OFF
When the grinder is switched on and operated, it should be held with both hands. The best control
over the grinder can be obtained by holding the main body (6) with one hand, while the second hand
holds the spindle flange (4).
Move the switch (5) forward towards the spindle collet nut (2).
