Troubleshooting table
Faults can occur with any electrical appliance. Such faults are not
necessarily defects in the appliance. For this reason, please use the
table to verify whether you can remedy the fault.

Never attempt to repair a defective – or supposedly defective – appliance
yourself. You may thereby put yourself and future users at risk. Only
authorized specialists may carry out these repairs.

Check the socket with another device.
Make sure the power plug is inserted
correctly.
Turn the temperature regulator to a higher
position (see "Setting the temperature" on
page 40).
Additional refrigeration is unnecessary.
If the internal temperature rises, the
compressor switches on automatically.
Select a lower setting (see "Setting the
temperature" on page 40).
Select a higher setting (see "Setting the
temperature" on page 40).

Place an insulation panel between the
appliance and the heat source or change
