Breast milk for babies is without a doubt the most

gramme. With practical and convenient
breastfeeding aids for your every need, we want
you and your baby to enjoy the breastfeeding
phase. This easy-to-handle breast pump is designed
to help you and your baby when breastfeeding is

2.1 Purpose
The NUK Electric Breast Pump is designed to help
pump breast milk into a receptacle. The milk can
be pumped directly into the NUK Breast Milk
Container, where it can be stored, frozen and
when required, heated up and fed to you baby.

2.2 Functional Description

The NUK Electric Breast Pump has an electric
suction pump and offers the following benefits:
• Both mains and battery operation is possible
(power cable supplied)
• Suction strength can be individually adjusted
• Simulates the natural sucking action when the
interrupt button is activated
• Stand supplied for stability
The breast pump can be used together with any
NUK standard bottle, NUK First Choice Bottle or
the NUK Breast Milk Container.

2.3 Contraindications
If the breast is sore, enflamed or infected, the
NUK Electric Breast Pump should preferably not
be used or if it is, with extra special care. In each
case you should consult your doctor prior to use.

2.4 Side Effects

If the recommended short pauses in operation are
not adhered to, this may result in bruising of the
nipple tissue. No potentially dangerous side effects
have been observed from using the NUK Electric
Breast Pump, however should you experience any
unexpected reaction, please consult your midwife,
health visitor, doctor or pharmacist.
