The appliance is safety insulated and radio screened. It meets
the requirements of EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Direc-
tive 2014/30/EU and Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
Operation
Preparation
f Check that the contents are complete.
f Check all the parts for possible transport damage.
Safety
Caution! Damage due to incorrect power supply.
f Only operate the appliance with the voltage
stated on the nameplate.
Operation
1. Connect to the mains power supply.
2. Switch on the hair straightener using the on/off switch
(Fig. 2ⓐ). The LED display is red.
3. Select the desired temperature (150°C – 230°C).
· To increase the temperature, move the tempera-
ture controller in a clockwise direction (Fig. 3ⓐ).
· To reduce the temperature, move the temperature
controller in an anticlockwise direction (Fig. 3ⓑ).
4. Once the operating temperature has been reached, the LED
display flashes.
5. After using the hair straightener, switch it off using the on/
off switch (Fig. 2ⓑ). The LED display goes out.
6. Disconnect from the mains.
7. Allow the hair straightener to cool down.
