The following devices can be used as a master unit:

Wireless flash with radio has certain advantages compared with wireless
flash with an optical signal. The main differences are:

You can control your flash with a radio signal. It is fitted with an interface for
doing this. To do this, you'll need the "walimex pro radio trigger set operator
USB plus" (item number 19695). Plug the receiver device into your flash and
the control device to your camera. The settings are made via the control device
and are transferred via radio signal to the receiver and then to the flash.

6.7 Radio remote trigger

You can control your flash with a radio signal.
It is fitted with an interface for doing this. To do
this, you'll need the "walimex pro radio trigger set
operator USB plus" (item number 19695). Plug
the receiver device into your flash and the control
device to your camera. The settings are made via
the control device and are transferred via radio
signal to the receiver and then to the flash.

6.8 Focus assist light

In low light conditions or if contrast is low, you can
use function button 1 to activate a focus assist beam.
If the focus assist beam is set to AF, it will automatically come on in poor ligh-
ting conditions to help you to focus. Depending on the position, the range can
be from 5 to 10 metres.
The AF focus assist light can be switched off via the C.Fn button (function
button 1) (see 6.17).

6.9 Specific functions

The following table shows the available and unavailable specific functions
that can be found in C.Fn.
• Press function button 1 (<MF/C.Fn>) for at least 2 seconds until the C.Fn
menu is displayed.
• Select your specific function with the adjustment wheel.
• Change the setting by pressing the <SET> button and choosing the desired
function. Press the <SET> button to save the setting.
• Once you have saved the setting, press the <MODE> button.
• To return to the original settings, press the "Clear" button for 2 seconds in
C.Fn mode until OK is shown on the display.
