1. INTRODUCTION
All of the RCHG stainless steel series models were designed and manufactured ac-
cording to the highest standards. All devices by Royal Catering are characterized by
a visually appealing design, user-friendly structure and simple operation. Moreover, all
tools feature rapid heating and non-stick coating.

3. TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
During transportation all devices must be handled with care and have to be protected
against shaking, jerking and strong tremors. The devices should not be stored outside.
They should be stored in a well-ventilated room. Please DO NOT store any of the
devices upside down.
4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Volt value of possible additional equipment must coincide with volt value of the
Hot Dog maker.
Fuse and main plug socket must be near the machine.
The device may be installed and attached only by authorized personnel.
5. OPERATION
Before first use, apply some vegetable oil to the reels to ensure smooth running.
Switch the POWER switch on.
Depending on the amount of sausages and the desired degree of roasting, you
can regulate the wheels' temperature by using the front panel buttons.
The temperature control lamp lights up when you select a temperature. Once
this temperature is reached, the lamp switches off automatically.
If the temperature drops, the temperature control lamp lights again and the tem-
perature will automatically be adjusted.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before any maintenance or cleaning work, the device must be switched off in
order to prevent any damage and injuries.
For cleaning, please do not use any hard metallic objects. To prevent any damage
to the surface use a soft dry cloth or wooden device.
Directly after use please clean the device using a soft, dry cloth to ensure that
the gear functionality is not affected by dirt. Please DO NOT clean the device
directly with water to protect the electrics and prevent damage.
