RICETTA: Tagliatelle Dopo aver preparato un impasto per pasta all'uovo, fare delle palline. Azionare il
programma "Tirapasta" ed inserire le palline, una alla volta, all'interno dei rulli dell'accessorio tirapasta
(4), stringendoli via via con l'apposita leva presente sull'accessorio. Quando la striscia di pasta ha
raggiunto lo spessore desiderato, stenderla su un piano infarinato e ripetere l'operazione con una nuova
pallina. Infarinare ogni striscia ed avvolgerla su se stessa. Con un coltello tagliare la pasta in strisce della
dimensione delle tagliatelle.
