MEAT GRINDER
Ideal for mincing and grinding the meat. Use the meat grinder attachment (3).
Cut the meat into pieces of 2-3 cm each, select the "Meat grinder" program and insert the pieces of meat
in the mincer, pressing them with the food pusher (1).

Use for beating eggs and whipping. Select the beater attachment (6).
Place the eggs inside the bowl and start the "Beat eggs" program.

Created for making fresh homemade pasta. Use the pasta maker attachment (4).

After having prepared a dough for pasta, make some little balls. Select the program "Pasta Maker" and
insert the balls, one at a time, through the rollers (4), tightening them gradually with the lever situated
beside. When the strip of dough has reached the desired thickness, roll out on a floured surface and repeat
the process with a new dough ball. Flour each strip and wrap it around itself. With a knife, cut the dough
into strips of the same size of noodles.
