PROGRAMS & RECIPES
This section is intended to indicate a recipe of reference for each program. Such
information is indicative, but may be useful as a starting point for your own recipes in order to improve
the experience of using the appliance.
Use for making soft dough with yeast: donuts and pastries in general. Select the mixer attachment (5) for
this operation.
RECIPE: Morning donut
Ingredients: 4 eggs - 220 g sugar - 150 g margarine - 100 g flour - 100 g potato starch - baking powder.
Place all the ingredients inside the bowl and select the program "Soft yeast". At the end of the process
remove the container and pour the mixture into a baking dish. Then insert the dish in a pre-heated oven at
170 degrees for about 60 minutes.
Use for making hard dough with yeast: bread, pasta, pizza etc...
Select the dough hook attachment (8).
RECIPE: Pizza dough
Ingredients for 500g: 300g flour - 25 g yeast - 1 pinch of salt - 1 cup of warm water.
Put the flour in the container, drill a hollow in the center (the so-called fountain) and add a teaspoon of
salt. Crumble the yeast in a glass of warm water, add it slowly to the center of the fountain of flour and
start the program "Stiff Yeast" At first the dough will be soft and sticky, which will become firmer and
more elastic. At the end of the program it will be solid.
Remove the dough from the bowl, cut a cross on the top and let it rise in a warm corner, covered with a
cloth, for about 2 hours, allowing the dough to double the size (reduce time in conditions of hot and
humid). After rising, the dough may be kneaded for few minutes and used immediately, otherwise it can
be frozen. If you decide to freeze the dough, cover it with transparent plastic film, turn it into a package
before putting it in the freezer. When you decide to use it, thaw at room temperature and knead it for 5
minutes with a little oil. Roll out the pizza with a rolling pin, add your favorite ingredients and cook with
pizza oven G3Ferrari DELIZIA, model G10006.
Use for making bases for tarts and fruit desserts. Select the mixer attachment (5).
RECIPE: Pastry for jam tart
Ingredients 300 gr flour - 150g butter at room temperature - 150 g sugar - 2 eggs - grated lemon peel - 1
pinch of salt - 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Place all the ingredients inside the bowl and start "Fruit cake" program. At the end of the process remove
the dough, wrap it in wax paper and let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
The dough is ready to be rolled and stuffed with your favorite jam.
Use for making short crust pastry or similar. Select the mixer attachment (5) for this program.
RECIPE: Short crust pastry
Ingredients: 200 gr flour - 100 g margarine - 3 tablespoons of cold water - 1 pinch of salt.
Place all ingredients inside the bowl and select "Shortcrust" program. At the end of the process remove
