Opening/closing the hopper
1. If the integrated fat drain is used, leave
the hopper open in the cooking cham-
ber.
2. If the integrated fat drain is not used,
close the hopper in the cooking cham-
ber with the sealing plug.

Installing supporting rails
Install the supporting rails under the last
slot on the left and right of the mobile
oven racks with the brackets and cap nuts.

1. Pay attention to the orientation of the
supporting rails: Align the long gradi-
ent to the front and the short gradient
to the rear.
2. Attach the supporting rails to the rear
with the bracket. Do not tighten the
cap nut for the rear bracket. Make sure
that the sheet edge of the supporting
rail is in the recess of the bracket

3. Attach the supporting rails to the front
with the bracket. Tighten the cap nuts
at the rear and front.
