DESIGN AND INTENDED USE
The compressor is a compact, mobile device powered from the battery,
which allows for use in any place. The drive consists of DC motor that
runs the compressor. The device is equipped with backlit, digital
manometer, LED illumination, feature of automatic switching off when
the target pressure is obtained and memory function for last selected
pressure before the device was switched off previously.
The compressor is used to inflate objects like car or bike tyres, tyres for
mowers, sports equipment, inflatable mattresses, beach toys and other
inflatable objects. The compressor is not designed to inflate high
volumes, like in rubber pontoons and large inflatable mattresses.
Do not use the tool to fill air tanks in respiratory equipment or for
chemical spraying.

PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
REMOVING AND INSERTING THE BATTERY
• Push the battery lock button (8) and slide out the
battery (9) (fig. A).
• Insert charged battery (9) into the battery installation socket in the
handle, you should hear when the battery lock button (8) snaps.

BATTERY CHARGING

The device is supplied with partially charged battery. Charge the battery
in ambient temperature between 4°C and 40°C. New battery, or one that
has not been used for a long time, will reach full efficiency after
approximately 3 to 5 charge/discharge cycles.
• Remove the battery (9) from the device (fig. A).
• Connect the charger to mains socket (230 V AC).
• Slide the battery (9) into the charger (10) (fig. B). Make sure the
battery is properly fitted (pushed to the end).
When the charger is connected to a mains socket (230 V AC), the green
diode (11) on the charger turns on to indicate connected supply.
When the battery (9) is placed in the charger (10), the red diode (11) on
the charger turns on to indicate that the charging is in progress.
At the same time green diodes (13) of the battery level indication are
flashing in different configurations, see description below.
• All diodes are flashing – the battery is empty and requires charging.
• 2 diodes are flashing – the battery is partially discharged.
• 1 diode is flashing – the battery level is high.
Once the battery is charged, the diode (11) on the charger lights green,
and all battery level indication diodes (13) light continuously. After
some time (approx. 15 s) the battery level indication diodes (13) turn off.
Do not charge the battery for more than 8 hours. Exceeding
this time limit may cause damage to battery cells. The charger does
not turn off automatically when the battery is full. Green diode on
the charger will remain on. Battery level indication diodes turn off
after some time. Disconnect power supply before removing the
battery from the charger socket. Avoid consecutive short
chargings. Do not charge the battery after short use of the tool.
Significant decrease of the period between chargings indicates the
battery is worn out and should be replaced.
Batteries heat up strongly during charging process. Do not work
just after charging has been finished, wait until the battery cools
down to room temperature. It will prevent battery damage.

BATTERY LEVEL INDICATION

The battery is equipped with battery level indicator (3 LED diodes) (13).
To check battery level status, press the button for battery level
indication (12) (fig. C). When all diodes are on, the battery level is high.
When 2 diodes are on, the battery is partially discharged. When only one
diode is lit, the battery is discharged and must be recharged.
OPERATION / SETTINGS
THE FIRST OPERATION
• Loosen the fixing nut (1) (do not unscrew completely).
• Screw end of the compressed air hose (14) into the socket, and
tighten the nut (1) to secure (fig. D).
• Insert one of included inflating tips (fig. E) into the adapter (15) of the
compressed air hose (14), then press the lock (fig. F).
• In case of working at a vehicle, connect the compressed air hose
adapter (15) directly to the tyre valve and then inflate.
Caution The compressor does not operate when the display
indicator is off.
SETTING THE PRESSURE
• Press the on/off button (6), to switch on the display screen (4).
• The display screen (4) will be showing the last pressure setting for 2
seconds. After two seconds the display shows current pressure of the
connected object.
• When the compressed air hose is not connected to an inflatable
object, the display shows "0". In this position you can press the on/off
button (6) to toggle between pressure units "bar" and "psi".
• When the right units are selected, press the button "+" (5) or "–" (7)
and hold, until the indicator starts flashing and shows the value for
previously set pressure.
• Press the button "+" (5) or "–" (7) to set required pressure.
• When the display screen (4) shows required pressure value, do not
press any button for approximately 3 seconds. Required pressure
setting is now defined.
• In order to switch the display screen (4) off, press the on/off button
(6) and hold for 3 seconds.
Caution: The display screen (and the compressor) turns off after
approximately 3 minutes of inactivity.
