CORDLESS COMPRESSOR

DETAILED SAFETY REGULATIONS
WARNING: Observe safety regulations when using the compressor. For
your own and other persons safety read this manual before starting to
work with the compressor. Please keep this manual for future reference.
a) This equipment can be used by children at least 8 years old and by
persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities, or persons
unfamiliar with the equipment, provided that they have supervision or
instructions regarding safe use of the equipment, so that the user knows
and understands all hazards regarding operation. Children should not
play with the equipment. Unsupervised children should not clean and
care for the equipment.
b) Operator or user is responsible for any accident or emerging hazards to
other persons or surrounding.
PREPARATION
a) Always use personal protection equipment at work with the tool, such
as protective glasses, earmuff protectors and protective gloves.
b) Each time you turn the compressor on carefully check all its items and
accessible parts for damages and whether they can operate as
designed. All stationary parts must be well fixed to make sure the device
will operate properly.
USE
a) Never modify the tool in any way.
b) Do not use the compressor to blow the air into mouth, ears, nose, etc.
c) Do not direct air stream at people, animals or at yourself.
d) Do not overload the compressor. The compressor should operate within
limitations of working parameters. This allows better, safer and more
efficient operation.
e) If you find the compressor damaged, immediately stop using it and send
the tool to the manufacturer or authorised repair shop.
f) Do not allow children or strangers to have access to the compressor.
g) Keep the workplace clean. It must be tidy and well illuminated.
Untidiness in workplace introduces risk of body injury.
h) Do not operate in explosive environments, near flammable liquids,
gases or dusts. The compressor produces sparks that can ignite dust or
vapours.
i) Do not use the compressor in wet or damp environment. The
compressor is designed for indoor use in dry places only.
j) Switch off the compressor after work, remove the battery and store in a
dry place, not exposed to sunlight.
k) Improper use of the compressor may cause body injury or damage to
the device.
l) Always use common sense. Do not operate the compressor when you
are tired, under influence of alcohol or medicines.
MAINTENANCE
a) Do not allow contamination with oil and contact with sharp edges.
b) Check the compressor against wear symptoms. Each time you turn the
compressor on carefully check all its items and accessible parts for
damages and whether they can operate as designed. All stationary parts
must be well fixed to make sure the device will operate properly.
c) Use only original parts and accessories that are recommended by the
manufacturer. Use of other parts bears high risk of an accident.
d) Keep the tool beyond reach of children.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY
a) In case of battery damage and improper use it may produce gas.
Ventilate room and seek medical attention in case of medical
symptoms. Gas can damage respiratory tract.
b) Improper operation conditions may lead to battery electrolyte leak,
avoid contact with the substance. In case of accidental contact, flush the
electrolyte abundantly with water. In case of contact with eyes,

additionally seek medical attention. Leaked electrolyte may cause eye
irritation or burns.
c) Do not disassemble the battery – there is a risk of short circuiting.
d) Do not use power tool battery in rain.
e) Always keep the battery away from sources of heat. Do not leave the
battery for a long time in high temperature (in direct sunlight, in
proximity of heaters and wherever the temperature exceeds 50°C).
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY CHARGER
a) This equipment is not intended for use by persons with restricted
physical, sensory or mental capabilities (including children) or persons
who have no experience or are unfamiliar with the equipment, unless
the use is supervised or carried out in accordance with equipment use
instructions handed over by persons responsible for their safety.
b) Pay attention to children so they don't play with the equipment.
c) Do not expose the charger to humidity or water. Ingress of water into
the charger increases risk of electric shock. Use the charger only in dry
rooms.
d) Disconnect the charger from power supply before starting any
maintenance or cleaning.
e) Do not use the charger when placed on flammable surface (e.g.
paper, textiles) or in proximity of flammable substance. Greater
charger temperature when charging increases risk of fire.
f) Check condition of the charger, cable and plug before each use. Do
not use the charger if any damage is found. Do not try to
disassemble the charger. All repairs should be made at an authorised
service workshop. Improper charger assembly may cause electric shock
or fire.
g) Children and persons who are physically, emotionally or mentally
disabled and other persons, whose experience or knowledge is
insufficient to use the charger while following all safety rules should not
use the charger without supervision of person responsible for their
safety. Otherwise there is a risk of improper use and injuries in
consequence.
h) When the charger is not in use, it should be disconnected from the
mains network.
CAUTION! This device is designed to operate indoors.
The design is assumed to be safe, protection measures and
additional safety systems are used, nevertheless there is always a
small risk of injuries at work.
Li-ion batteries may leak, set on fire or explode when heated to
high temperature or short-circuited. Do not store the batteries in a
car in hot and sunny days. Do not open the battery. Li-ion batteries
contain electronic protection devices that, if damaged, may cause
fire or explosion of the battery.
