1.8 reCeIpt InSpeCtIon

Immediately after receiving the product, check that its packaging is in a perfect state.
Upon unpackaging it, execute a visual inspection of the circuit breaker, even before removing
it from the pallet. If there is any sign of damage or flaws caused by the transportation,
inform the carrier and WEG directly.
Also check that the information appearing on the product identification labels matches
the item acquired.

1.9 StorAge

If it is necessary to store the circuit breaker before installing it, maintain it in its original
packaging, in a covered, clean, dry, ventilated and heated place to avoid condensation.
Maintain the circuit breaker in the OFF position, with the springs unloaded. For Draw-out
circuit breakers, maintain it in the TEST position.
When it is no longer in its original packaging, protect it from the dust or humidity covering
it with a plastic film or covering. Do not store the circuit breaker in an uncovered place or
exposed to bad weather.
