1. Unsuitable control
voltage.
3. Defect in motorized
drive.
1. Obstruction by the Off
button.
2. Obstruction by blocking
of padlock.
3. Poor positioning of
circuit breaker in extraction
car.
1. Extraction rod is
inserted.
2. Circuit breaker is not in
disconnected position.
3. Obstruction by blocking
of padlock.
1. Circuit breaker and
extraction car are
incompatible as regards
size.
2. Unsuitable positioning
of lever.
3. Cutters blocked by
padlock.

Corrective Actions
1. Check control voltage.
2. Check motorized drive circuit.
3. Contact WEG.
1. Tighten Off button while inserting
rod in opening.
2. Remove padlock, releasing blocking.
3. Position circuit breaker correctly in
extraction car.
1. Remove extraction rod.
2. Place circuit breaker correctly in
disconnected position.
3. Remove padlock, releasing blocking.
1. Use compatible unit.
2. Reposition lever to right.
3. Remove padlock.
