How to change the blades
Use the schematics on page 62.
Make sure that you wear anti-cut protective gloves when replacing the blades or carrying
out operations in the vicinity of the blades.
Once you have ensured that your machine is actually disconnected from the electricity
network :
1. Remove the bagging spade, open the shroud that protects the frames supporting the
blades ;
2. Remove the stainless steel table (or belt) at the front of the machine and disconnect
the bread press (machine equipped with JAC Stop) ;
3. At the top of the front frame, loosen the screws fastening the frame to the polypropyl-
ene lamellas (never unfasten the lamellas from the framework, as you might alter the
default settings) ;
4. Tilt the frame forwards ;
5. Replace the blades of the front frame :
- Loosen the hexagonal socket head screws which tighten the blades ;
- Replace the blades and check that they are well positioned in the rocker arm pin ;
- Re-tension the blades by tightening screw, so that the blades remain in the frame as
a mark of tension ;
- Then tighten the nuts (machine fitted with the lubrication option).
In order not to warp the frame and avoid dangerous breaks, only replace 4 or 5
blades at a time.
6. Resume the sequence from point 3 to 6 for the rear frame (place some kind of protec-
tion on the front frame blades) ;
7. Re-assemble the frames while ensuring that you do not overtighten the frame lamellas.
Connect your machine to the electricity network, it is now ready.

В начале рабочего дня включите машину в сеть с помощью общего рубильника или,
отжав кнопку STOP (если она нажата), Загорается оранжевая лампочка ;
Порядок эксплуатации:
1. Отрегулируйте направляющие по ширине буханки с помощью рукоятки на левой
стороне машины ;
2. Отрегулируйте прижим хлеба с помощью кнопок и на лицевой поверхности
машины в соответствии с высотой буханки. Используйте маркировку на левой
стороне корпуса ;
3. Отрегулируйте направляющую упаковочного устройства в соответствии с шириной
Буханки ;
4. Нажмите кнопку "Пуск" для включения хода рамок и конвейерной ленты ;
5. Поместите хлебные изделия одного типа на движущийся конвейер сзади ;
6. Отрегулируйте скорость движения конвейера с помощью колесика по отметкам от
1 (минимум) до 10 (максимум) ;
7. Когда к ножам приближается последняя буханка, используйте рычаг с левой
стороны машины ;
8. Чтобы остановить конвейер и рамки, нажмите кнопку "Стоп".
Для включения системы надувки пакетов нажмите на белую кнопку
(В машине с данной опцией).
Чтобы выключить машину из сети в конце рабочего дня, нажмите на кнопку STOP.
Совет : После нескольких дней работы квалифицированный специалист должен
проверить натяжение ножей.
Производительность : Количество хлеба, нарезаемого в день: От 0 до 2.000 (в
зависимости от вида хлеба).
Размер хлеб (д x в) (cm): min. 12 x 6 - max. 52 x 16
Безопасность :
- Открывание лотка для хлебных крошек препятствует работе машины ;
- Перегрев двигателя нарезки препятствует работе машины ;
- О включении системы безопасности сигнализирует выключение оранжевой
Лампочки.
