26. Replacing the non-return valve
Warning!
All non-return valves must be replaced at the same time.
Failure to observe this instruction can result in an increased germ load in the
drinking water and thus pose a health or mortality risk.
26.1 Remove the shower panel (see
26.2 Loosen the cap nuts (b).
26.3 Remove the hoses (a).
26.4 Remove the existing seals (c).
26.5 Remove the locking ring (d) on the inside using appropriate pliers for locking rings.
26.6 Pull the non-return valve (e) out of the function block using a special tool
(FAR-Best.-Nr. 2000105636).
26.7 Remove the lock (f) using an Allen key.
26.8 Remove the spacer (g).
26.9 Pull the non-return valve (h) out of the function block using a special tool
(FAR-Best.-Nr. 2000105636).
Caution!
Note the installation position of the non-return valves.
26.10 Reassemble in reverse order.
