1 DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
1.1 IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES
● Maintenance should be performed only by trained professionals familiarized
with this instruction and the following safety standards.
● Any new operator shall thoroughly study this guidelines before operating the
device.
● Though the device is equipped with safety devices, you should not touch moving
parts of the device and you should thoroughly wash your hands before operating the meat
mincer.
● Before cleaning and repair of the device you should de-energize it.
● You should stay alert and keep your mind on what you are doing in the course
of cleaning and repair of the device.
● ATTENTION!!! In case of device failure it should be repaired by a skilled
professional. If the meat mincer is damaged or malfunctioning, do not use it.
If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a skilled professional to
prevent dangerous situations.
● You should regularly check the power cord; to prevent electric shock you should
always unwind the twisted cable; a worn-out or damaged cable poses a hazard of electric
shock; do not put heavy objects on the cable and do not leave it on heated or sharp surfaces.
● This device is intended only for processing of meat in the meat mincer. The
device should not be used to process frozen food and non-food products; do not insert metal
objects into the meat mincer.
● Do not operate the meat mincer without the pusher.
